Check product appearance, dimensions, quantity, packaging and project-specific requirements during production or before shipment.
Product Quality Inspection in China
Approved samples and supplier promises do not always guarantee that mass-produced goods will meet the buyer’s requirements. Product quality inspection helps identify visible defects, dimensional differences, packaging problems and other discrepancies before goods are shipped.
Our product quality inspection service provides practical on-site checks during production or before shipment, based on the buyer’s approved specifications, drawings, samples and inspection requirements.
What We Check
• Product name, model and order information
• Appearance, workmanship and visible defects
• Dimensions and tolerances using suitable measuring tools
• Quantity and product consistency
• Materials, markings, colors and surface finish where applicable
• Basic function or assembly checks when agreed and feasible
• Packaging method, labels, shipping marks and carton condition
• Project-specific requirements provided by the buyer
• Photos and evidence of identified defects or discrepancies
How We Work
1. Inspection Requirement Review
We confirm the product, order, drawings, specifications, approved sample and the key points that need to be checked.
2. Inspection Scope Confirmation
We agree on the inspection stage, sampling approach, measurement items, acceptance criteria and reporting requirements.
3. On-Site Product Check
We visit the factory or designated location and inspect available goods according to the confirmed scope.
4. Measurement and Evidence Collection
We record relevant measurements, observations, quantities, packaging conditions, photos and videos where permitted.
5. Issue Confirmation
When problems are identified, we communicate the findings with the supplier and record their explanation or proposed corrective action.
6. Buyer Report
We provide a structured inspection report with findings, photos, measurements, defects, risks and recommended next steps.

Important Service Boundaries
The inspection is performed according to the buyer-approved specifications, drawings, samples and agreed inspection scope.
Sampling inspection does not represent a 100% check of every unit unless full inspection is specifically arranged and confirmed.
Laboratory testing, material composition analysis, accredited certification and destructive testing are not included unless separately arranged through a qualified third party.
Inspection findings reflect the goods available and visible at the time of inspection. A satisfactory result does not guarantee the condition of every item or prevent changes after inspection.
Final acceptance, corrective-action decisions and shipment authorization remain the buyer’s responsibility.
