Important Quality Considerations
Metal products that appear similar may differ significantly in material grade, thickness, weight, coating, welding quality and dimensional accuracy.
For galvanized products, the specified zinc-coating thickness should be confirmed using an agreed inspection method. Nominal steel thickness may also differ from the actual measured thickness, particularly when measurement methods and acceptable tolerances have not been clearly defined.
For fencing, steel grating and fabricated structures, buyers should confirm wire diameter, bearing-bar dimensions, spacing, panel size, welding quality, surface treatment, unit weight and packaging requirements before production.

Information Buyers Should Provide
Please provide product drawings or reference photos, material grade, dimensions, thickness, weight requirements, surface treatment, applicable standards, estimated quantity, intended application, destination country and target delivery date.
Product acceptance criteria and inspection methods should be agreed before production. Laboratory testing, certified material analysis, destructive testing, international logistics and customs clearance are not included unless separately arranged through qualified third parties.
