Procurement & Project Coordination in China

Coordinate suppliers, quotations, samples, production follow-up, quality checks and pre-shipment preparation through one local point of contact in China.

Procurement & Project Coordination in China

A sourcing project may involve multiple suppliers, quotations, samples, technical questions, production milestones and quality requirements. When these activities are handled separately, information can become fragmented and important decisions may be delayed.

Our procurement and project coordination service provides overseas buyers with one local point of contact in China. We help organize supplier communication, project information, approvals, production updates and quality-related actions throughout the agreed project scope.

What We Coordinate

• Buyer requirements, drawings and technical information

• Supplier questions, quotations and commercial information

• Supplier comparison and selection discussions

• Sample preparation, revision and approval status

• Drawing, specification and order changes

• Production plans and key milestones

• Supplier progress updates and emerging delays

• Quality concerns, inspection arrangements and corrective actions

• Packaging and pre-shipment preparation

• Buyer decisions and supplier follow-up

• Coordination between multiple suppliers when required

How We Work

We confirm the products, suppliers, project stages, buyer priorities and the services required.

2. Project Plan and Responsibilities

We organize key milestones, required documents, communication contacts and decision responsibilities.

3. Supplier Communication

We coordinate questions, quotations, samples, technical requirements and project updates with the relevant suppliers.

4. Milestone Follow-Up

We track agreed actions, approvals, production stages, quality checks and pre-shipment preparation.

5. Issue and Decision Coordination

When problems or changes arise, we organize the available information and communicate the points requiring buyer or supplier decisions.

6. Buyer Progress Reporting

We provide structured updates on completed actions, outstanding issues, risks and upcoming milestones.

7. Project Completion Summary

At the agreed project stage, we summarize completed work, remaining issues and recommended next steps.

Important Service Boundaries

This service provides procurement coordination, communication and project follow-up. It does not replace the buyer’s legal, technical, financial or commercial decision-making responsibilities.

We do not directly control supplier personnel, production schedules, internal management or future performance.

Contracts, purchase orders and payments remain between the buyer and the selected supplier unless otherwise agreed in a separate written arrangement.

Detailed factory assessment, product inspection, laboratory testing and continuous on-site supervision are separate services.

Export customs clearance and international logistics are not included in the current service scope.

Final supplier selection, technical approval, corrective-action decisions, order acceptance and shipment authorization remain the buyer’s responsibility.
