Production Follow-Up in China

Track key production milestones, supplier updates, emerging delays and project-specific issues throughout active manufacturing projects.

Production Follow-Up in China

After an order is placed, buyers need more than an estimated delivery date. Delayed materials, unapproved changes, unclear production progress and late problem reporting can affect product quality and the buyer’s local market schedule.

Our production follow-up service helps overseas buyers maintain clearer visibility into active manufacturing projects in China. We coordinate with the supplier, track agreed production milestones, identify emerging issues and provide structured progress updates.

What We Track

• Raw-material preparation and availability

• Tooling, sample or first-article approval status

• Planned and actual production start dates

• Production stages and completed quantities

• Key product or process changes

• Quality issues, rework and corrective actions

• Packaging-material preparation

• Expected production completion date

• Delays, discrepancies and unresolved supplier questions

• Pre-shipment preparation status

How We Work

1. Order and Requirement Review

We review the purchase order, drawings, specifications, approved samples, required quantity and expected delivery schedule.

2. Milestone Confirmation

We agree with the buyer and supplier on the key production stages that need to be tracked.

3. Supplier Progress Updates

We communicate with the supplier and collect progress information, photos, videos and production records where available.

4. Issue Identification

We compare actual progress with the agreed plan and identify delays, changes, quality concerns or missing information.

5. Buyer Communication

We provide clear progress updates and notify the buyer when important decisions or confirmations are required.

6. Corrective-Action Follow-Up

When issues occur, we follow the supplier’s proposed corrective actions and report the updated status to the buyer.

7. Pre-Shipment Handover

Before production completion, we coordinate the transition to quality inspection, packaging confirmation or other agreed pre-shipment checks.

What You Receive

• Production milestone and progress updates

• Photos and videos where available and permitted

• Completed-quantity and schedule information

• Identified delays, changes and project risks

• Supplier responses and corrective-action updates

• Buyer confirmation points requiring decisions

• Pre-shipment preparation summary

Important Service Boundaries

Production follow-up is a coordination and progress-monitoring service. We do not directly control the supplier’s workforce, production schedule or internal management.

Progress information may be based on supplier communication, documents, photos, videos and agreed on-site visits. Information that the supplier does not provide or make accessible cannot be independently confirmed.

This service does not guarantee production quality, completion dates or on-time delivery. Product quality inspection, continuous on-site supervision, laboratory testing, export customs clearance and international logistics are separate services or are not included.

Final decisions regarding design changes, delivery extensions, corrective actions and order acceptance remain the buyer’s responsibility.
